Yakubu Ogoro vs Akeem Akpala

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Anambra State promoted show at Edward Okonkwo Gym, Awka,  taking place on 31/12/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Anambra State Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yakubu Ogoro (4 - 11 - 2) who hails from Onitsha, Nigeria and Akeem Akpala(18 - 7 - 1) from Okpoko, Nigeria.  Ogoro weighed in at 167 pounds and 11 ounces, while Akpala weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yasin Sadiq, and the three ringside judges are Ike Obasanjo, Chigozie Mostyn and Paul Enyeama.
