Kieran Algeo vs Mason Romans

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Minnesota promoted show at Saint Paul Lindsay, Saint Paul,  taking place on 04/11/2033:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Minnesota Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kieran Algeo (24(2) - 2(1)) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Mason Romans(10 - 14) from Minneapolis, USA.  Both Algeo and Romans weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Greg Pelle, and the three ringside judges are Ian Soderberg, Nathan Langer and Robert Westlund.  

Round 1: 

Algeo closes the distance and lands a right uppercut.  Algeo holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Algeo pushes his forearm into Romans's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Algeo lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  Algeo holds on to his opponent.  Algeo pushes his forearm into Romans's face.  The referee warns Algeo and breaks the clinch.  
Algeo walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Algeo pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.

Algeo feints a jab, tricking Romans into countering with a right uppercut.  Algeo springs the trap, countering with  a left uppercut.

Algeo steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Romans throws a left hook, but Algeo ties up his opponent.  Algeo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Algeo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
