Richard Hewins vs Robert Grant

Boxing Daily Report from the High Stake Promtions promoted show at Seminole Soccer Complex, Tallahassee,  taking place on 18/11/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Richard Hewins (8(2) - 0) who hails from Phoenix, USA and Robert Grant(21 - 17(3) - 4) from Lakewood, USA.  Both Hewins and Grant weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leo Couch, and the three ringside judges are Inigo Poyner, Fraser Vail and Rob Quigg.  

Round 1: 

Hewins is on target with a cross.  
Grant attempts to land a cross, but Hewins sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Grant closes the distance and manages to force Hewins onto the ropes.  Hewins lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Hewins holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Hewins pushes his forearm into Grant's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Hewins connects with a left hook.  Hewins attempts to land a left hook, but Grant slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Hewins drives a spiteful jab into his opponents face.  
Hewins pivots to the right of his opponent and lands with a ramrod jab.  
Hewins is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by  two straights to his opponents head.  
Hewins hits home with a firm cross.

Grant forces Hewins to retreat into the corner.  Hewins hits home with a forceful cross.  GRANT WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Hewins tries to step out of his opponents range.  Hewins senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Grant and just needs the right shot.  Hewins lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING GRANT DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Grant now seems to have got his legs back.
