Zack Roldan vs Leeroy Beatson

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Celebrity Theatre, Phoenix,  taking place on 27/02/2034:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Arizona Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MSG Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zack Roldan (18(8) - 0) who hails from Chandler, USA and Leeroy Beatson(10 - 21(1) - 4) from Mesa, USA.  Roldan weighed in at 154 pounds, while Beatson weighed in at 153 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ashley Walls, and the three ringside judges are Waleed Deeb, Ian Tosh and Elliot Pritchett.  

Round 1: 

Roldan lands a jab to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  
Beatson closes the distance.  Roldan is on target with a solid left hook.  
Roldan steps away from his opponent and is on target with a sharp cross.  
Beatson advances into close range and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Beatson throws a left hook, but Roldan ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Roldan pushes his forearm into Beatson's face.  The referee warns Roldan and breaks the clinch.  
Roldan lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Roldan is looking to keep his distance and lands a stinging cross.  
Roldan drives a solid right uppercut into Beatson's body.  
Roldan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a stinging jab.  
Roldan lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Beatson attempts to land a jab, but Roldan slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Roldan feints a left hook, and then is on target with a cross.  
Roldan lands two straights to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Roldan lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Roldan is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Roldan lands a cross, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Beatson's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Roldan is looking to keep his distance and lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Beatson is looking to close the distance.  Roldan lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Roldan ties up his opponent.  Roldan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Roldan is on target with a cross.  
Roldan steps away from his opponent and hits home with a ramrod jab.  
Roldan lands a straight 1 - 2.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Beatson recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Roldan pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a jab to Beatson's body.  
Roldan lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Beatson almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Roldan is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Beatson advances into close range.  Roldan lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Roldan snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.  
Roldan steps to the outside and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Beatson throws an overhand left, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a FEROCIOUS right hook.  BEATSON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Roldan is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Roldan connects with a WICKED left hook.  BEATSON HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  
Beatson is looking to close the distance.  Roldan connects with a SAVAGE left uppercut.  BEATSON HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  Beatson now seems to have got his legs back.  
Roldan steps away from his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Roldan lands a straight 1 - 2, AND DROPS BEATSON TO THE CANVAS!  He fails to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Roldan!
