Marco Facundo vs Vicente Najar

Boxing Daily Report from the Majola Promotions promoted show at Alejandro Martinez Gym, Río Cuarto,  taking place on 15/10/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Córdoba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marco Facundo (16 - 10(1) - 6) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Vicente Najar(7 - 17 - 6) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Facundo weighed in at 140 pounds, while Najar weighed in at 140 pounds And 9 ounces.    As Najar came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Lisandro Bracero, and the three ringside judges are Onofre Oliva, Sancho Lema and Jaguar Simeon.

Facundo tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land a cross, but Najar slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Najar closes the distance.  Facundo goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Najar time to recover.  
Najar forces Facundo to retreat onto the ropes.  Facundo is on target with a cross to Najar's body.  
At the end of Round 5, lets listen in on the corners...Facundo's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Facundo's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
