Joe Flynn vs Charles Kenney

Boxing Daily Report from the Ssali Promotions promoted show at The Great Victoria Hotel, Bradford,  taking place on 08/09/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joe Flynn (10 - 19(1) - 4) who hails from York, UK and Charles Kenney(9(1) - 2) from Doncaster, UK.  Flynn weighed in at 245 pounds and 11 ounces, while Kenney weighed in at 231 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Michael Taylor, and the three ringside judges are Rob Apted, Joey Burn and Mick MacNaughton.  

Round 1: 

Kenney is looking to close the distance.  Flynn voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Kenney tries to tag Flynn on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  
Flynn throws a right hook, but Kenney holds on to his opponent.  Kenney leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Kenney pushes his forearm into Flynn's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kenney to stop fouling.  
Flynn steps away from his opponent and lands a jab.  
Kenney steps inside.  Kenney pivots to the side of his opponent.  Flynn throws a left hook, but Kenney clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Kenney pushes his forearm into Flynn's face.  The referee warns Kenney and breaks the clinch.  
Kenney lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kenney sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Kenney lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Kenney holds on to his opponent.  Kenney leans on his opponent using all his weight. Kenney hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kenney gets on the inside and digs in a sharp right hook to his opponents body.
