Fedya Rozhkov vs Evgeny Lapshin

Boxing Daily Report from the Tamanyan Promotions promoted show at Afanas Zhitnik Gym, Saratov,  taking place on 02/08/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Russia-Saratov Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fedya Rozhkov (17 - 7 - 1) who hails from Saratov, Russia and Evgeny Lapshin(14 - 16(1) - 6) from Engels, Russia.  Rozhkov weighed in at 147 pounds, while Lapshin weighed in at 146 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vikenti Stenin, and the three ringside judges are Evgeny Bazarevich, Lazar Kazan and Afanas Orlovsky.
