Javier Armas vs Ricardo Mendivil

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Coahuila promoted show at Saltillo Ante, Saltillo,  taking place on 31/07/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Mexico-Coahuila Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Javier Armas (20(6) - 15(5) - 1) who hails from Torreon, Mexico and Ricardo Mendivil(14 - 7(1) - 6) from Torreon, Mexico.  Armas weighed in at 118 pounds, while Mendivil weighed in at 117 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Porfio Danon, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Macia, Rio Milan and Selestino Briones.  

Round 1: 

Armas steps inside and digs in a stinging right hook to Mendivil's ribs.  Armas clinches his opponent.  Mendivil is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Mendivil to stop fouling.
