Paris Melching vs Odilon Mendy

Boxing Daily Report from the Wigwam Promotions promoted show at Marius Ndiaye Arena, Dakar,  taking place on 24/07/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  On the line tonight is the Senegal Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Paris Melching (32(1) - 2(2) - 2) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Odilon Mendy(43(4) - 1 - 2) from Pikine, Senegal.  Both Melching and Mendy weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vernon Thiaw, and the three ringside judges are Alain Savane, Turiau Millot and Aramis Gassama.  

Round 1:
