Charlie Spence vs Ellis Vann

Boxing Daily Report from the JDHawks Gym promoted show at Ferdi Neita Sports Complex, Portmore,  taking place on 07/08/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Jamaica Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Charlie Spence (14(13) - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Spanish Town, Jamaica and Ellis Vann(35(18) - 4 - 1) from Spanish Town, Jamaica.  Both Spence and Vann weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Hemphill, and the three ringside judges are Spencer Clanahan, Johnny Weems and Ellis Clelland.  

Round 1: 

Spence is looking to keep his distance.  Vann throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.
