Shane Cassidy vs Dale Kelly

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Mount Pleasant Stadium, Leeds,  taking place on 25/06/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shotgun Shane Cassidy (42(39) - 4(4)) who hails from Liverpool, UK and Dale Kelly(21 - 4(2) - 1) from Northampton, UK.  Both Cassidy and Kelly weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Munhall, and the three ringside judges are Arnie Berne, Harry Marchbank and Mick MacNaughton.  

Round 1: 

Cassidy retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Kelly finds the target with a jab.  Kelly throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Kelly hits home with a cross.  
Cassidy is on target with a jab.  
Kelly drives a left hook into Cassidy's body.  Kelly attempts to land a left uppercut, but Cassidy blocks the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Cassidy is looking to keep his distance and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Cassidy connects with a cross.  Cassidy attempts to land a jab, but Kelly dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Cassidy switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Kelly lands with a stiff jab.  Kelly attempts to land a cross, but Cassidy dodges the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Kelly sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Cassidy lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Cassidy throws an overhand right, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Cassidy lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Cassidy senses Kelly is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Cassidy SLAMS a FIERCE left hook into his opponents face.  KELLY IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Cassidy lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND KELLY IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 8.  
Cassidy lands a right hook, left uppercut and a cross to his opponents head, AND DROPS KELLY TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Cassidy!
