Alger Pohl vs Merrick Gerlitz

Boxing Daily Report from the Cherkoian Promotions promoted show at Braunschweig Jonker, Braunschweig,  taking place on 24/05/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Lower Saxony Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alger Pohl (11(7) - 0) who hails from Hanover, Germany and Merrick Gerlitz(20(4) - 4(1)) from Hanover, Germany.  Pohl weighed in at 200 pounds And 10 ounces, while Gerlitz weighed in at 200 pounds.    As Pohl came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Baltasar Markert, and the three ringside judges are Gilleasbuig Masch, Edsel Schaf and Sigifrid Kammann.
