John Donkin vs Sam Crombie

Boxing Daily Report from the Dana White promoted show at Vancouver Kissack, Vancouver,  taking place on 18/05/2033:

Clearly Dana White have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Donkin (9(5) - 0) who hails from Edmonton, Canada and Sam Crombie(0 - 3 - 3) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Both Donkin and Crombie weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Wark, and the three ringside judges are Kai Sundy, Jacob Peairs and Michael Crosbie.  

Round 1: 

Donkin steps inside.  Crombie throws a left hook, but Donkin clinches his opponent.  Crombie throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Donkin is on target with a solid left hook.  
Crombie tries to step out of his opponents range.  Donkin sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Crombie switches the action to the outside.  Donkin throws an overhand right, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Donkin lands a right hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Donkin finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Donkin closes the distance.  Donkin leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Crombie steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.

Crombie sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Donkin lands a cross.  
Donkin advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Donkin lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Crombie throws a left hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Donkin holds on to his opponent.  Donkin leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Donkin's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Donkin lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  Donkin throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Crombie's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Crombie's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
