Vedran Oršuš vs Drago Mesic

Boxing Daily Report from the Obad promoted show at Westin Zagreb Hotel, Zagreb,  taking place on 13/05/2033:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Vedran Oršuš (2 - 0) who hails from Zagreb, Croatia and Drago Mesic(3 - 6 - 5) from Zagreb, Croatia.  Both Oršuš and Mesic weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ljubomir Car, and the three ringside judges are Franko Jefak, Emil Vedric and Miroslav Jozic.

Mesic closes the distance.  Oršuš connects with a right hook.  Oršuš ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Mesic pushes his forearm into Oršuš's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mesic.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Oršuš dabs at his face checking for damage.  Oršuš has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Mesic is looking to close the distance.  Oršuš sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Oršuš feints a cross, but Mesic does not fall for it and responds with a left uppercut to his opponents body.
