Gabriel Peralez vs Xaver Navas

Boxing Daily Report from the Carl Srothlon promoted show at Cuenco La Torre, Cuenco,  taking place on 20/04/2033:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Azuay Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gabriel Peralez (9 - 8(3) - 5) who hails from Cuenco, Ecuador and Xaver Navas(8 - 18 - 5) from Cuenco, Ecuador.  Both Peralez and Navas weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nicandro Alcantara, and the three ringside judges are Ricardo Almas, Sierra Lopez and Guido Truxillo.  

Round 1: 

Peralez switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.  
Navas drives a cross into Peralez's body.  
Peralez closes the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Navas steps inside and hits home with a right uppercut.  
Peralez is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Navas dabs at his face checking for damage.  Navas has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
