Bryan Mehta vs Joel Cheromei

Boxing Daily Report from the Ndovi Promotions promoted show at Nairobi Kahiu, Nairobi,  taking place on 14/04/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Bryan Mehta (17(1) - 7(3)) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Joel Cheromei(12 - 7 - 3) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Mehta weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces, while Cheromei weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Birir, and the three ringside judges are Elliot Lumumba, Kenzie Ogot and Nathan Andersson.
