Yoshi Niwa vs Michi Takahashi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Osaka promoted show at Hitoshi Ito Gym, Osaka,  taking place on 27/03/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Yoshi Niwa (8 - 9 - 2) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Michi Takahashi(3 - 0) from Sakai, Japan.  Both Niwa and Takahashi weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aoi Ohno, and the three ringside judges are Yoshi Nakano, Naoki Koyama and Yuji Koizumi.  

Round 1: 

Niwa is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with an overhand right.  
Niwa pivots to the right of his opponent.  Takahashi lands a stiff jab.  
Takahashi advances into close range and lands a left hook.  
Niwa hits home with a right uppercut.  
Niwa attempts to land a jab, but Takahashi slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Niwa connects with a cross.  
Takahashi gets on the inside.  Takahashi pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by two right hook's to the body.  
Takahashi lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Takahashi dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Niwa quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Takahashi lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.
