Farhan Shahidi vs Tariq Janopoulo

Boxing Daily Report from the Marco Boogers promoted show at Giza Plateaux, Giza,  taking place on 05/02/2033:

Clearly Marco Boogers have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Egypt Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Nile Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Farhan Touch of Sleep Shahidi (28(23) - 2(1)) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Tariq Janopoulo(16 - 8 - 5) from Giza, Egypt.  Shahidi weighed in at 236 pounds and 6 ounces, while Janopoulo weighed in at 245 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Abdul El-Sayed, and the three ringside judges are Waqas Sattar, Waleed Alawa and Majid Sabahi.  

Round 1: 

Shahidi steps to the outside and hits home with a sharp cross.  
Shahidi lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Janopoulo advances into close range.  Shahidi is on target with a right hook.  Shahidi holds on to his opponent.  Janopoulo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Shahidi is looking to keep his distance and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Shahidi finds the target with a jab.  
Shahidi lands an overhand left to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Janopoulo is looking to close the distance and manouvers Shahidi onto the ropes.  Shahidi digs in a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Shahidi clinches his opponent.  Shahidi is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Shahidi.  
Shahidi lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  Shahidi wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Janopoulo.  That has caused slight damage to the nose.  
Janopoulo throws a right hook, but Shahidi clinches his opponent.  Shahidi is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Shahidi hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Shahidi lands a cross to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Shahidi lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Janopoulo is looking to close the distance and forces Shahidi to retreat onto the ropes.  Shahidi lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Shahidi switches the action to the outside and hits the target with a spiteful jab.  
Shahidi steps away from his opponent and lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS JANOPOULO DOWN!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Shahidi!
