Taras Tkachuk vs Jordan Jelley

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Colisee de Quebec, Quebec City,  taking place on 19/02/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Taras Tkachuk (7(6) - 0) who hails from Gomel, Belarus and Jordan Jelley(7 - 9(2) - 1) from Calgary, Canada.  Tkachuk weighed in at 147 pounds, while Jelley weighed in at 146 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Michael Oliver, and the three ringside judges are Brendan Aitken, Aramis Duvauchelle and Michael Oliver.  

Round 1: 

Tkachuk steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS JELLEY SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Tkachuk clinches his opponent.  Tkachuk leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Tkachuk's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  Jelley recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Tkachuk gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Tkachuk clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Tkachuk pushes his forearm into Jelley's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Tkachuk.  Jelley quickly recovers. 
Tkachuk lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Jelley throws a right hook, but Tkachuk ties up his opponent.  Tkachuk uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Jelley's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Tkachuk.  
Tkachuk forces Jelley to back into a corner.  Tkachuk lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Tkachuk pivots to the right of his opponent and whips in a mean right uppercut to Jelley's ribs.  DOWN GOES JELLEY!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Tkachuk lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Tkachuk advances into close range and crashes a FIERCE left hook to Jelley's body.  JELLEY IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  Tkachuk ties up his opponent.  Tkachuk is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Tkachuk pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a solid right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Jelley is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a cross.  
Tkachuk steps inside and lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Tkachuk thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Jelley away.  Tkachuk crashes a mean left uppercut to Jelley's body.  JELLEY HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  It looks like Jelley has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Jelley tries to keep the action at long range and hits home with an overhand left.  
Tkachuk digs in a right uppercut to Jelley's ribs.  
Tkachuk steps inside and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  
Tkachuk steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Tkachuk lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  Tkachuk holds on to his opponent.  Tkachuk leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Tkachuk lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Jelley attempts to land a jab, but Tkachuk sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Jelley's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Jelley's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Jelley switches the action to the outside.  Tkachuk sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two consecutive overhand rights to his opponents head, AND SENDS JELLEY SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 9.  Jelley recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Tkachuk steps inside and lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  Tkachuk clinches his opponent.  Tkachuk leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Tkachuk's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Tkachuk is on target with a right hook.  
Tkachuk steps inside and tries to land a left hook, but Jelley sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Jelley tries to keep the action at long range and attempts to land a cross, but Tkachuk slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Tkachuk steps inside and lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Tkachuk digs in a stinging right hook to Jelley's body.  
Tkachuk closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND SENDS JELLEY TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Tkachuk slams a DESTRUCTIVE left uppercut into Jelley's body.  JELLEY HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  THE REF STOPS THE FIGHT!  HE DOES NOT BELIEVE JELLEY CAN CONTINUE!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Tkachuk!
