John Strom vs Phil Whitton

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Dan Hilson Gym, Rockford,  taking place on 01/01/2033:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Strom (20 - 16(3) - 6) who hails from Chicago, USA and Phil Whitton(9 - 8(1) - 3) from Chicago, USA.  Both Strom and Whitton weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Dockter, and the three ringside judges are Will Girvin, Michael Denoon and Matt Preddy.

Strom gets on the inside and hits home with a right uppercut.
