Luka Pelech vs Taras Slifko

Boxing Daily Report from the Sakuwaha Promotions promoted show at Volodymyr Slusar Gym, Dniprodzerzhynsk,  taking place on 03/10/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Luka Pelech (13 - 5(1) - 5) who hails from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine and Taras Slifko(7 - 12(1) - 2) from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine.  Both Pelech and Slifko weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aleksei Sokolov, and the three ringside judges are Gennady Kostyk, Fedar Dolgushin and Gennady Kostyk.  

Round 1: 

Pelech throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Pelech circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Slifko attempts to land a jab, but Pelech parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Slifko's liver.  
Pelech quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Pelech wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Slifko dabs at his face checking for damage.
