Aftab Bellabes vs Ali Belkacem

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Oran promoted show at Oran Zemmamouche, Oran,  taking place on 16/08/2032:

Clearly AI Algeria-Oran have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria-Oran Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aftab Bellabes (11 - 16(1) - 3) who hails from Oran, Algeria and Ali Belkacem(9 - 7 - 4) from Oran, Algeria.  Bellabes weighed in at 199 pounds and 14 ounces, while Belkacem weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Asif Salem, and the three ringside judges are Asif Salem, Obaid Selmi and Waqar Ahmed.
