Santiago Labuguen vs Alfonso Rasalan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-South Cotabato promoted show at General Santos Bacaycay, General Santos,  taking place on 24/07/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-South Cotabato Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Labuguen (17 - 14(1) - 4) who hails from General Santos, Philippines and Alfonso Rasalan(12 - 10 - 3) from General Santos, Philippines.  Labuguen weighed in at 121 pounds and 10 ounces, while Rasalan weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gareth Infante, and the three ringside judges are Zelipe Okala, Joaquin Dalao and Cipriano Ouano.  

Round 1: 

Labuguen is looking to keep his distance.  Labuguen sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Rasalan lands an overhand left.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Rasalan dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Rasalan.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
