Umair Pirani vs Connor Yee

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Federal Territory promoted show at Kuala Lumpur Tabatabai, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 04/03/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Malaysia-Federal Territory Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV3, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Umair Pirani (14(2) - 1 - 1) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Connor Yee(6 - 3(1) - 5) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Pirani weighed in at 104 pounds and 10 ounces, while Yee weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zuffur Haq, and the three ringside judges are Haaris Aziz, Ibrahim Mohammed and Ali Aslam.  

Round 1: 

Pirani feints a cross, and then lands with a stinging jab.

Pirani closes the distance.  Yee quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Pirani lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Pirani quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a cross into Yee's body.  
Pirani lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Pirani is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Yee tries to keep the action at long range and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Pirani sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with an overhand right.  
Pirani closes the distance and digs in a right hook to Yee's body.  
Yee tries to land a jab, but Pirani sidesteps and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Pirani quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a sharp cross.  
Pirani steps to the outside and is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Pirani tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with a cross.  
Yee forces Pirani to back into the ropes.  Pirani hits home with a sharp jab.

Pirani circles his opponent with a low guard, waiting for his opponent to attack.  Yee throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Yee finds the target with a jab.  Yee throws an overhand left, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.  
Pirani switches the action to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Yee's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Yee tries to land a jab, but Pirani sidesteps and counters with a weighty right uppercut.  YEE WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Yee could be stopped here, if Pirani can find the right shot!  Pirani lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND YEE IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Yee now seems to have got his legs back.  
Pirani is on target with a cross.  
Yee throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook.  
Yee hits home with a cross.  
Yee throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a nasty right uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE YEE WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Yee steps away from his opponent.  Some sustained pressure from Pirani could be enough to finish Yee!  Pirani lands a left uppercut, cross and a left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS YEE!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Yee cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Pirani!
