Dai Takai vs Jiro Kubota

Boxing Daily Report from the Akrofi Promotions promoted show at Saitama Kuno, Saitama,  taking place on 11/02/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Saitama Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dai Takai (18 - 0) who hails from Kawagoe, Japan and Jiro Kubota(9 - 7 - 8 - 1(NC)) from Saitama, Japan.  Both Takai and Kubota weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michi Amano, and the three ringside judges are Michi Amano, Eiji Kawashima and Yuji Yanagi.  

Round 1: 

Takai steps inside.  Takai lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Takai dabs at his face checking for damage.

Takai walks Kubota into the corner.  Kubota throws a right uppercut, but Takai holds on to his opponent.  Takai is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
