Malcolm Owen vs Mark Montez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Texas promoted show at Houston Lemmond, Houston,  taking place on 31/12/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Texas Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malcolm Owen (17 - 18 - 4) who hails from Dallas, USA and Mark Montez(8 - 21(1) - 4) from Austin, USA.  Owen weighed in at 199 pounds and 12 ounces, while Montez weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clinton Hollern, and the three ringside judges are Bob Gory, Phil Marrs and Seth Geddes.
