Billy Hewson vs Arran Espey

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Bradley Pearce Gym, Winnipeg,  taking place on 13/12/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Canada-Manitoba Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Billy Hewson (8(5) - 1) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Arran Espey(5 - 2) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Both Hewson and Espey weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is William Fergeson, and the three ringside judges are Lee Beaumier, Lee Beaumier and Amon Badders.  

Round 1: 

Espey is looking to keep his distance.  Hewson lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Hewson advances into close range.  Espey pivots to the side of his opponent.  Espey throws a right hook, but Hewson holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Hewson pushes his forearm into Espey's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
