Gilbert Birnbaum vs Berend Piepmeier

Boxing Daily Report from the Die Ring-Generäle promoted show at Bigbox Allg�u, Munich,  taking place on 10/01/2032:

Clearly Die Ring-Generäle have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky Sport Deutschland, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gilbert Birnbaum (13(4) - 0) who hails from Heidelberg, Germany and Berend Piepmeier(22(14) - 1) from Dresden, Germany.  Birnbaum weighed in at 135 pounds, while Piepmeier weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kiefer Lab, and the three ringside judges are Bem Gerhard, Berowalt Manweiler and Eugen Denger.
