Diego Porro vs Vicente Cornelio

Boxing Daily Report from the Acheampong Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Amparo, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 17/10/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Porro (27(1) - 6) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Vicente Cornelio(3 - 3 - 2) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Both Porro and Cornelio weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Oquendo, and the three ringside judges are Olindo Cruzado, Guillermo Galea and Orlando Salcedo.
