Genjo Tao vs Hsin Hsu

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Fujian promoted show at Ho Ko Gym, Xiamen,  taking place on 16/10/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Fujian Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Genjo Tao (13 - 13(1) - 3) who hails from Quanzhou, China and Hsin Hsu(17 - 8) from Fuzhou, China.  Both Tao and Hsu weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Huang-fu Yow, and the three ringside judges are Gao Louie, Sun Lan and Huang-fu Yow.  

Round 1: 

Hsu gets on the inside.  Hsu sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a left hook into Tao's ribs.  
Hsu is looking to close the distance and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Tao tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Tao throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot.  Hsu holds on to his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hsu lands a jab to the head, a right hook to the body and a cross to the head.  
Hsu forces Tao to retreat into a corner.  Hsu pivots to the left of his opponent.  Tao throws a left hook, but Hsu clinches his opponent.  Hsu leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Hsu lands a left uppercut to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Hsu is on target with a jab.  
Tao throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Hsu clinches his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Hsu feints a right hook, and then lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Tao gets on the inside.  Hsu hits home with a left hook.  As Hsu tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Tao dabs at his face checking for damage.
