Fumio Tsuda vs Taro Noguchi

Boxing Daily Report from the Panyin Promotions promoted show at Yoshi Ota Gym, Kurume,  taking place on 22/09/2031:

Clearly Panyin Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Fumio Tsuda (5 - 15 - 5) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Taro Noguchi(12 - 14(1) - 5) from Kitakyushu, Japan.  Both Tsuda and Noguchi weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aki Nishimoto, and the three ringside judges are Iwao Kusumoto, Kazuki Shimoda and Takeshi Murayama.
