Yakubu Amalaha vs John McQuarrie

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at Japan National Stadium, Tokyo,  taking place on 06/09/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the WRBC Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SkyPerfec, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Yakubu Amalaha (43(22) - 4 - 2) who hails from Ibadan, Nigeria and John McQuarrie(23(8) - 0 - 1) from Bury, UK.  Both Amalaha and McQuarrie weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Isamu Nonaka, and the three ringside judges are Kenji Sasaki, Dai Ishikawa and Kyo Takeshita.
