Shaun Downie vs Davie Bryars

Boxing Daily Report from the Montreal's Top Gym promoted show at Colisee de Quebec, Quebec City,  taking place on 16/08/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Commonwealth Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Viewers Choice, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Shaun Downie (26(21) - 2(2) - 2) who hails from Bury, UK and Davie Bryars(30(13) - 12(6) - 2) from Plymouth, UK.  Both Downie and Bryars weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Dunlap, and the three ringside judges are Erec Adore, Elliot Girardot and Ferrand Pradon.
