Brett Penman vs Dominic Carson

Boxing Daily Report from the Kanda Promotions promoted show at Vancouver Brown, Vancouver,  taking place on 16/07/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Canada-British Columbia Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Network, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brett Penman (24 - 1) who hails from Surrey, Canada and Dominic Carson(8 - 4 - 1) from Surrey, Canada.  Both Penman and Carson weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Blake Chisholm, and the three ringside judges are Alec Aitken, James Wark and Paul Trott.
