Daniel Lawman vs Charlie Berry

Boxing Daily Report from the Papafio Promotions promoted show at Robert Tait Gym, Boston,  taking place on 02/07/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Massachusetts Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daniel Lawman (27(17) - 2) who hails from Boston, USA and Charlie Berry(9 - 6 - 2) from Worcester, USA.  Both Lawman and Berry weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Smith, and the three ringside judges are Bart McWethy, Oliver McCleese and Arnie Sherriff.  

Round 1: 

Lawman connects with a stinging cross.  
Lawman is looking to close the distance.  Berry throws a left hook, but Lawman clinches his opponent.  Lawman is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Lawman's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Berry throws a right uppercut, but Lawman ties up his opponent.  Lawman is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Lawman about fouling.  
Lawman manages to force Berry into the corner.  Lawman lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Lawman lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  Lawman ties up his opponent.  Lawman hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Lawman about fouling.

Lawman drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents liver.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Berry dabs at his face checking for damage.
