Carlos Buelna vs Seferino Chapa

Boxing Daily Report from the Bamfokwakye Promotions promoted show at Nuevo Laredo Melgoza, Nuevo Laredo,  taking place on 26/12/2029:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Buelna (15(1) - 1 - 4) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Seferino Chapa(15 - 10 - 1) from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico.  Buelna weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces, while Chapa weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Juan Alvarez, and the three ringside judges are Agapetus Llorente, Agapetus Llorente and Rodrigo Franco.
