Matthew Nichol vs Jacob Myres

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at Crowne Plaza Hotel, San Diego,  taking place on 26/07/2028:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Pacific Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Matthew Nichol (10 - 11(2) - 4) who hails from San Jose, USA and Jacob Myres(18 - 6(1) - 1) from San Francisco, USA.  Nichol weighed in at 118 pounds, while Myres weighed in at 117 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jack Chicas, and the three ringside judges are Noel Cadwalader, Ben Avila and Ian Lin.

Myres pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a cross.
