Declan Weatherspoon vs Adam Yeamans

Boxing Daily Report from the Spinger Boxing Club promoted show at San Antonio Abella, San Antonio,  taking place on 12/07/2028:

Clearly Spinger Boxing Club have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Texas Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Declan Weatherspoon (12 - 9 - 6) who hails from Houston, USA and Adam Yeamans(9 - 15(2) - 3) from Houston, USA.  Both Weatherspoon and Yeamans weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Spencer Aurelio, and the three ringside judges are Danny Henderson, Andy Saenz and Orlando Merlin.  

Round 1: 

Yeamans gets on the inside.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Weatherspoon dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Weatherspoon is looking to keep the action on the outside and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Weatherspoon feints a right, and then strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Yeamans lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

Weatherspoon wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Yeamans dabs at his face checking for damage.
