Diego Lepe vs Santiago Carvajal

Boxing Daily Report from the Gabuza Promotions promoted show at Larenzo Olan Gym, Rosario,  taking place on 13/11/2027:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Santa Fe Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Lepe (15 - 6 - 4) who hails from Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz, Argentina and Santiago Carvajal(9 - 11 - 5) from Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz, Argentina.  Both Lepe and Carvajal weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Iago Galicia, and the three ringside judges are Alano Arcia, Beltran Luna and Rodrigo Moreton.  

Round 1: 

Carvajal advances into close range.  Lepe pivots to the left of his opponent.  As Carvajal tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Lepe.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
