Montenegro Velasco vs Angel Ortiz

Boxing Daily Report from the Habe Promotions promoted show at Quito Oseguera, Quito,  taking place on 17/09/2027:

Clearly Habe Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montenegro Velasco (14 - 7) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Angel Ortiz(8 - 15 - 2) from Quito, Ecuador.  Velasco weighed in at 114 pounds and 11 ounces, while Ortiz weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alvino Casiano, and the three ringside judges are Seferino Montalbo, Paco Florez and Ora Urrea.
