Sam Glasco vs Kieran Gourley

Boxing Daily Report from the Monster Promotions promoted show at Mastercard Centre, Toronto,  taking place on 22/05/2027:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sam Glasco (18(4) - 0) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Kieran Gourley(8 - 4 - 2) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Glasco and Gourley weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jamie Barclay, and the three ringside judges are David Raison, Richie Clasby and Dax Feydeau.  

Round 1: 

Glasco steps inside.  Gourley throws a right hook, but Glasco clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Glasco pushes his forearm into Gourley's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Glasco lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Glasco forces Gourley to retreat onto the ropes.  Glasco lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Gourley throws a right uppercut, but Glasco holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Glasco pushes his forearm into Gourley's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Glasco about fouling.

Glasco lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Glasco clinches his opponent.  Glasco is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Glasco connects with a solid left uppercut.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gourley dabs at his face checking for damage.

Glasco drives a solid left hook into his opponents ribs.  Glasco ties up his opponent.  Glasco leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Glasco manages to force Gourley into the red corner.  Gourley throws a right uppercut, but Glasco ties up his opponent.  Glasco leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Glasco is on target with a right uppercut to Gourley's body.  
Glasco lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Glasco lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Glasco walks Gourley down, trapping him on the ropes.  Glasco lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head.

Glasco lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a cross to the head.  He follows up the attack and lands a right uppercut to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a right hook to the head, AND KNOCKS GOURLEY DOWN!  The count reaches 10, but Gourley is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Glasco!
