Waqas Asmar vs Duncan Halloran

Boxing Daily Report from the Mainza Promotions promoted show at Blackburn Sports & Leisure Centre, Blackburn,  taking place on 15/03/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Asmar (11 - 8) who hails from Leeds, UK and Duncan Halloran(11 - 12 - 2) from Doncaster, UK.  Both Asmar and Halloran weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Henry Paterson, and the three ringside judges are Arran Bogle, Dominic Patterson and Brin Mickel.
