Alejandro Marin vs Angel Barbero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Distrito Capital promoted show at Bogota Marciel, Bogota,  taking place on 15/01/2027:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Colombia-Distrito Capital Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alejandro Marin (16 - 7(2)) who hails from Bogota, Colombia and Angel Barbero(10 - 5 - 2) from Bogota, Colombia.  Marin weighed in at 117 pounds and 9 ounces, while Barbero weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Menendez, and the three ringside judges are Leonardo Flores, Manuel Garza and Carlos Bocanegra.
