Ioakim Erckinbec vs Toma Baizhanov

Boxing Daily Report from the GGG Imperat promoted show at Almaty Salykow, Almaty,  taking place on 21/02/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kazakhstan-Almaty Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ioakim Erckinbec (13 - 4(1) - 1) who hails from Almaty, Kazakhstan and Toma Baizhanov(4 - 14(2) - 3) from Almaty, Kazakhstan.  Both Erckinbec and Baizhanov weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kashif Abyckassym, and the three ringside judges are Zernebog Orazaeff, Zernebog Narymbaev and Isaak Isabecoff.
