Isamu Kawai vs Granger Baston

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 30/08/2039 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Isamu Kawai (43 - 3) who hails from Chofu, Japan and Granger Baston(1 - 2) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  

Round 1: 

Kawai gets on the inside.  Kawai sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Baston hits home with a left hook.  Baston throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Kawai steps inside and is on target with a solid left hook to Baston's body.  
Baston attempts to land a right hook, but Kawai blocks the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Kawai is on target with a left hook.  
Kawai steps away from his opponent.  Baston attempts to land a cross, but Kawai slips the shot and counters with a solid left hook.  
Baston closes the distance.  Kawai lands a left hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Kawai closes the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Baston connects with a solid left hook.  
Kawai lands a jab.  
Kawai steps inside.  Kawai pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a stinging left uppercut.

Baston gets on the inside.  Kawai lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Baston quickly recovers.

He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the head followed by two right uppercut's to the body.  The winner by KO is Kawai!
