Chris Caddick vs Owen Swinton

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 04/11/2037 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Chris Caddick (44 - 4) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Owen Swinton(1 - 3) from Bridgeport, USA.  

Round 1: 

Swinton gets on the inside and lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents head.  
Caddick steps to the outside.  Swinton lands two consecutive overhand lefts to his opponents head.  
Caddick hits home with a stiff jab.  
Swinton steps inside.  Swinton pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a right uppercut.  
Caddick connects with a right hook.  
Swinton is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.  
Caddick drives a firm right hook into Swinton's body.  
Swinton is looking to close the distance.  Swinton quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Swinton throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a firm cross.

Swinton cuts off the ring, trapping Caddick on the ropes.  Caddick lands a cross.

Caddick tries to keep the action at long range and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Caddick is on target with a solid overhand left.  
Caddick strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Caddick lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Swinton gets on the inside.  Swinton sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Swinton throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Swinton tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Caddick steps to the outside.  Swinton is on target with a cross.  
Caddick quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook, jab and a cross to his opponents head.  
Swinton advances into close range.  Caddick lands a left hook.  
Caddick is on target with a solid cross.  
Caddick lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Caddick feints a right, and then lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Swinton throws a right hook, but Caddick ties up his opponent.  Swinton is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Swinton advances into close range and walks Caddick down, trapping him on the ropes.  Caddick lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Caddick clinches his opponent.  Caddick leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Swinton pushes his forearm into Caddick's face.  The ref breaks Caddick's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Caddick is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Swinton lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Swinton sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Swinton closes the distance.  Caddick is on target with a right hook.  
Caddick is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a firm overhand left.  
Swinton walks Caddick down, trapping him on the ropes.  Caddick is on target with a left hook.  Caddick holds on to his opponent.  Caddick is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Swinton is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Swinton to stop fouling.
