Roscoe Larsen vs Rob Burns

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 30/10/2037 from Oslo, Norway:

The Oslo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Roscoe Larsen (41(14) - 5) who hails from Oslo, Norway and Rob Burns(0 - 1) from Melbourne, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Larsen gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Larsen is looking to close the distance and is on target with a firm left hook to Burns's body.  
Burns tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Larsen lands a right uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the body.  Larsen ties up his opponent.  Larsen is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Larsen manouvers Burns onto the ropes.  Larsen sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Larsen attempts to land a left hook, but Burns sidesteps and counters with a right hook to Larsen's body.  
Larsen drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.  
Burns is on target with a solid jab.  
Burns is on target with a firm right hook.  
Larsen cuts off the ring, trapping Burns on the ropes.  Larsen tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Burns hits home with a solid right hook.  
Larsen is on target with a firm right uppercut.  
Larsen is on target with a solid left hook to Burns's liver.  Larsen clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Larsen pushes his forearm into Burns's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Larsen.  
Larsen is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Burns throws a right uppercut, but Larsen clinches his opponent.  Larsen leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Larsen closes the distance and tries to land a right hook, but Burns slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Larsen's body.

Larsen steps inside and crashes a mean left hook to Burns's body.  BURNS IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 7.  Burns now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.

Burns throws a left uppercut, but Larsen holds on to his opponent.  Burns is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Burns and breaks the clinch.

Larsen stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Larsen lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND BURNS IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Larsen steps inside and crashes a nasty right uppercut to Burns's body.  BURNS IS DOWN!  HE ISNT GOING TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Larsen!
