Iwao Okamura vs Min-woo Choung

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 08/08/2037 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Iwao Okamura (14 - 7) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Min-woo Choung(0 - 4) from Incheon, South Korea.  

Round 1: 

Okamura lands a right hook.

Round 2: 

Okamura lands a stinging cross.  
Okamura advances into close range and lands a sharp left hook.  Okamura holds on to his opponent.  Okamura uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Choung behind the head. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Okamura about fouling.  
Okamura lands a solid left hook.  
Okamura is on target with a stinging left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Okamura closes the distance and lands a left hook.  
Choung closes the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Choung sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Okamura lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Okamura lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Okamura steps inside.  Choung throws a right uppercut, but Okamura holds on to his opponent.  Okamura is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Okamura walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Okamura digs in a right hook to Choung's body.  
Okamura lands a jab to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Okamura steps inside and lands a left uppercut.  
Okamura gets on the inside and hits home with a right hook.  Okamura ties up his opponent.  Okamura leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Choung throws a right hook, but Okamura holds on to his opponent.  Okamura is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Choung pushes his forearm into Okamura's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Choung to stop fouling.  
Okamura lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Okamura tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Choung throws a right hook, but Okamura clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Okamura lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Choung's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Okamura throws a right hook, but misses the target.  Okamura holds on to his opponent.  Okamura hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. 
Choung drives a right hook into Okamura's body.  
Okamura walks Choung down, trapping him in a corner.  Okamura digs in a solid left hook to Choung's body.  Okamura clinches his opponent.  Okamura leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Okamura's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Choung drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Okamura is on target with a left hook to Choung's body.  
Okamura lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Okamura quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Okamura lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Choung lands a right uppercut.  
Okamura lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND CHOUNG IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He tries to rise but his legs dont respond...the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Okamura!
