The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Richard Paulin (14 - 5) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Hiroki Higashi(1 - 1) from Honolulu, USA.  

Round 1: 

Paulin lands a sharp right hook.

Paulin feints a cross, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Higashi walks Paulin down, trapping him on the ropes.  Higashi is on target with a left hook to Paulin's liver.  
Paulin is on target with a sharp overhand right.  
Higashi gets on the inside and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Paulin quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a jab to Higashi's body.  
Higashi tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Paulin switches the action to the outside.  Paulin feints a cross, and then lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Higashi's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!

Higashi steps inside.  Higashi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Paulin digs in a solid left uppercut to Higashi's ribs.  
Paulin lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Higashi steps inside and manouvers Paulin onto the ropes.  Higashi pivots to the left of his opponent.  Higashi lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.  Paulin clinches his opponent.  Higashi is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Higashi and breaks the clinch.  
Paulin lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Paulin steps away from his opponent and lands a hard jab.  
Paulin lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Higashi manages to force Paulin onto the ropes.  Higashi tries to land a cross, but Paulin slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Higashi pivots to the side of his opponent, but Paulin drives a left hook into his opponents ribs.  
Paulin is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook.
