Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 17/07/2037 from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil:

The Rio de Janeiro venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Diego Escovedo (31 - 14) who hails from Sao Goncalo, Brazil and Juan Paula(0 - 2) from Manaus, Brazil.

Escovedo hits home with a cross.

Paula steps inside and walks Escovedo down, trapping him on the ropes.  Escovedo lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Escovedo switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.

Escovedo steps to the outside and connects with a stinging cross.  
Paula gets on the inside.  Escovedo is on target with a left uppercut to Paula's ribs.  Escovedo throws a left uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Escovedo lands a firm right uppercut.  
Escovedo is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a sharp jab.  
Escovedo steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand left, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Escovedo hits home with a sharp jab.  Escovedo throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Paula's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Paula is looking to close the distance.  Escovedo digs in a left hook to Paula's body.
